We have a few updates for The Academy’s classes and new COVID-19 safety protocols.

With California’s new stay-at-home orders now in effect, SoCal Elite Sports has been re-approved by the City of Irvine and IUSD to continue outdoor programs the physical-distancing protocols outlined in the Return-to-Play Guidelines.

Please note: ALL players must now wear a mask to participate in The Academy. This is a notable change from previous protocols, and to stay compliant with local guidelines, any player without a mask will not be allowed to participate in any classes at this time.

There has been a change in the recent mask requirements policy by the City of Irvine since this update was sent out – players participating in The Academy are no longer required to wear a mask during play, but may choose to wear one if they prefer.

Physical-distancing protocols will remain in place, and all players must remain at least six feet from each other.

We also please ask parents to wear a mask when on-site and prefer you wait in your car during drop-off and pick-up to refrain from potential crowded gatherings.

With your continued support of The Academy’s COVID-19 guidelines, we can ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone and reduce the risk of possible transmission as much as possible.
