Once purchased we will send out an email when your apparel is ready for pick up at our office. Please do not come to our office until you receive this notification email.

Memberships start the day you register for a class and will auto renew every month. If you are either stopping or changing a membership please review the below description and fill out this form: https://help.socalelite.org/hc/en-us/requests/new

Stopping a Membership –  Simply fill out the above form at least 72 hours prior to your billing day. Please make sure to be clear about what child and program you are cancelling. We will send a confirmation email that your membership has been cancelled. As memberships are for a full month your child would be eligible to continue the Academy until the day before the membership billing day. (Ex: If your billing day is on the 21st and we cancel your membership on the 10th your child would still be eligible to attend their normal class until the 20th)

Changing a Membership – Fill out the above form and clearly indicate what child and membership you are changing. Please be clear what day, class, time you are asking to move to. Please note that members cannot move up to class they are ineligible for without our coaching staffs approval. Approval is based on skill not availability.

If members would like to purchase a 2nd membership please contact our office so we can manually add you to an additional class. This would require a new monthly indoor or outdoor membership.
