🔄 Format & Schedule Progression
- Team Selection: Teams are formed based on evaluations by our coaching staff to provide a competitive and balanced experience. Teams are Co-Ed and talent is dispersed evenly. Because this is a drop-in format, teams may be reshuffled each week.
- Practice vs. Game Time: Immediately following practice, teams will move into scrimmages and games.
- Weeks 1–2: Practices will be longer during the first two weeks so coaches can ensure players have a solid understanding of how to play.
- Weeks 3–4: As the league progresses, more time will be designated for game play.
- Week 5: The full duration of the final session will be designated entirely to scrimmages and games.
- Game Modifications: Depending on each division’s volleyball skill level, we may modify game rules to provide the best experience (e.g., serving closer inside the court, coach-initiated balls, net height adjustments, etc.). Please note that records and standings will not be kept.
