Important Things to Know

When does my membership start?

Your child’s recurring membership starts today and begins the next upcoming Academy class! Please view our updated class schedules for times and locations.

Do I have to re-register every month?

Please DO NOT register the same student more than once to avoid duplicate charges. Your membership is on an auto-debit system that recurs each month so you don’t have to worry about renewing.

Are volleyballs provided?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, players are required to bring their own appropriately-sized volleyball with their full name and phone number printed on the ball. We will not have any available on location at this time.

What should my child wear and bring?

Players are recommended to bring their own water/refreshments, wear athletic apparel (athletic shorts, rubber-soled closed-toed shoes and short sleeves – no jeans or sandals), and have a good, positive attitude. All staff and parents are required to wear masks, and players are allowed to wear masks, but they’re not required.

How do I modify or cancel my membership?

To change or stop your membership, you can either edit your own TeamUp account or email us. Leftover visits do not rollover to the next month. For questions or concerns, please contact us.

Where can I find the current statuses (open/closed) of Academy locations?

For the status of all Academy locations, please view here. We advise to keep this link handy for potential future closure dates.

Is there early drop-off and/or late pick-up?

At this time and due to COVID-19, early drop-off and late pick-up is not available. We do, however, recommend that your child arrives a few minutes early so they can meet with his or her coach.

If my child misses a class can he or she make it up at a different class time?

Unfortunately at this time your child can ONLY attend the class you have registered for due to COVID-19 restrictions. There are no makeups for missed classes.
